Let it stay a game, nothing more

Why the depot still says 19+

Social casino games borrow the look, the sound and the pacing of real gambling. Timberchute Depot is meant only for adults over the legal gambling age and is aimed at nobody under 19. Age is checked twice over: once on the banner that meets you at the door, and again as a tick you make yourself when the account is opened.

What the depot will never do

• Offer real-money gambling, or push it at you.
• Put up prizes worth something in the world.
• Sell coins, or slip in an in-app purchase.
• Point a link at a gambling operator or an affiliate.
• Run countdowns or streaks that lean on you to come back.

An honest word across the counter

A free game can be tuned to feel generous, and it tops your pile back up for nothing. Real-money games do neither. Doing well on these reels says nothing at all about how you would fare with money at stake.

Signs worth watching on the floor

• Spinning far longer than you meant to.
• Going short-tempered the moment you stop.
• Playing to get out from under a mood.
• It is eating into sleep, work or the people around you.
• You catch yourself hunting for a version with money in it.

Keeping a hand on the gate

• Settle how long you will play before the first spin.
• Leave autoplay switched off.
• Get off the floor at regular intervals.
• Clearing this site's data wipes the lot, and your device settings can block the depot outright if you want done with it.
