The depot terms of use

1. Who runs this siding

These terms govern your use of timberchutedepot.com ("Timberchute Depot", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of timberchutedepot.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may step onto the floor

Timberchute Depot is meant only for people aged 19 or over. Using it is your confirmation that you are 19 or over.

3. The grain-dust coins

• Every world turns on virtual coins handed out free of charge.
• Coins carry no monetary value and are not money, credit or property.
• Coins cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. There are no in-app purchases.
• No prize of real-world value is put up at any time.
• We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever we need to.

4. No money crosses the scale

Timberchute Depot neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, and it links to no gambling operator.

5. Your place on the sheet

• The two worlds beyond the unlocked one need a free account. One account per person, and not to be shared about.
• Keep your password yours alone. Tell us straight away if anyone else has been into your account.
• You may delete the account at any moment from your account page. It goes immediately and cannot be brought back.
• We may suspend an account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe belongs to somebody under 19.
• Coins, levels and jobs are booked to the account rather than owned by you, and may be reset.

6. Fair use of the depot

Do not try to disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, offer to trade coins, or let anybody under 19 use it.

7. Running hours and liability

The site is provided "as is". We may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Which law applies at the siding

These terms run under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
